We demonstrated the workout monitoring system of the gym to the archery department of Incheon Physical Education High School and applied it to the archery training program through real-time heart rate monitoring

In this Incheon Physical Education High School, after creating an environment similar to the conditions of the stadium, the heart rate record was measured by situation (preparation action, shooting posture, after shooting, and when a miss shot occurs)
We checked the change in heart rate and found out the tension level of the archers
We applied the workout monitoring system to the training program to get a better record in the actual competition
